Imsys Technologies
manufactures networked microprocessor solutions for the Embedded Control and
Telematics markets.
Imsys' patented technology for reconfigurable
microprocessor cores enables cost effective integration of connectivity to
remote machines, providing remote control, monitoring and optimization of such
assets.
Imsys' processors are programmed in C/C++, assembler or Java.
For efficient Java execution the full Java byte codes are part of a special
instruction set. The platform is well suited for advanced Java ME systems with
many threads.
Imsys' proprietary microcontroller integrated circuits and
basic software together constitutes a low-cost solution that is easy to
implement in target products; no knowledge of processor or operation system is
needed. OEMs essentially need to connect Imsys controllers to the hardware it
is to control, and add Java software, which can be developed and tested on any
computer, using standard tools.

Java-based control The IM1101 is a microcontroller designed for connectivity
in applications where power consumption and bill of material are important,
while computationally intensive tasks must be performed.
Its
revolutionary architecture makes it efficient at both Java and real-time
control, and it can do data communication as well as image processing and
graphics.
It can be used where large amounts of data must be
transferred at very high data rates or where power efficient stand-by modes are

IM3220 - Protocol Controller for IEEE
1588 The IM3220 combines the best features of traditional CISC architectures
and efficient use of resources with FPGA flexibility for a pre-defined
application time synchronization.
It dramatically reduces the
cost and size of precision time synchronization hardware using the IEEE 1588
protocol. The outstanding features of IM3220 stem from the ability to analyze
and act on gate level in real-time.
The IM3220 comes integrated with a
complete software platform including real-time operating system, flash file
system, TCP/IP communication stack, FTP and web server.
For the
execution of the IEEE 1588 protocol, a version 1 stack with a full ordinary
