P4
Series
Z-Power LED P4 series is designed with Seoul Semiconductor’s
own phosphor and packaging technology.
The P4 emits 240 lm at 1 A of
light and features the industry’s highest luminous efficacy (100 lm/W @
350 mA at the maximum) with only a single die. P4 is available as a discrete
emitter or mounted onto square or star PCBs.
Z-Power LED P7 series is a single LED package providing the world's highest
brightness of 900 lumens and the efficacy of 90 lumens per watt to replace the
conventional incandescent bulbs.
The
P9 Z-Power LED is SMT (reflow) solderable, and has an excellent thermal
resistance. It consumes 150mA at 0.5W. It features a very small diameter of 5mm
and the average brightness is 25 lm
